Fat pregnent or diseased?

sounds like a wonderful game show title doesent it?

i was wondering if my striped goby was one of those three, i know the image is incredibly blurry but the fish has a lump on its underside looking lie its swelling, it kinda just looks fater in one spot. its still eating fine and is more aggressive to get food than my other gobie, (who is the larger of the pair) it'll even swim up to the middle of the tank with my damsels to get it. im about to try to include a picture so here goes
