Ok, I'll try this one. You have hatched them, notice the empty egg cases? These are the capsules. They are not digestable, and can kill young fish that try to eat them, and some adults too. decapsulation is the process of using chemicals to disolve these "shells" before the shrimp hatch, so you don't need to mess with the seperation step after the hatching (which, for me was never sucessful, I always get some shells, no matter how careful I was). Then even the unhatched eggs can be fed directly to many fish.
