Ok, I'll try this one. You have hatched them, notice the empty egg cases? These are the capsules. They are not digestable, and can kill young fish that try to eat them, and some adults too. decapsulation is the process of using chemicals to disolve these "shells" before the shrimp hatch, so you don't need to mess with the seperation step after the hatching (which, for me was never sucessful, I always get some shells, no matter how careful I was). Then even the unhatched eggs can be fed directly to many fish.

Was the information in my link on page one not useful?
Culturing in a tank is not preferred as it's harder to keep the food in circulation.
Inverted pop bottles, inverted water bottles, work very well, but larger containers that I use I place on a slanted surface to tilt the container so food tends to settle at the low point where the air line is returning it to circulation.
If you use a live motil algae for food, then a tank would work well.
