Younger male gave birth

One of my younger pairs gave birth for the first time. I did manage to see him release them into the water, At first I was thinking they where still birth, they drop down instaed of going up, But I did manage to pull three out so far, as soon as the white lights come on I will look for more.

My older male looks like he is also ready to give birth, I hope so I want to start using my new set up and rotifiers,

Well this will also be the first time for my new Set up, I will be working out the bugs. I think it will be pretty cool, The water will be passing from the 20L into the bowls and out the side at a rate of a few gallons an hour, maybe 3, this will give me a 1X turnover of the bowls, which will help with water quality

here is the system with water, , I only have 3 fry in the tank, But you can see how the water will go out of the bowl and pack into the 20 gallon, I want to hook up a refugium also, keep the water Quality as good as I can and keep the fry fed

Well I have had some success in the past and it was alway the food issues that got me, and turning lights off on the fry tank at night, I am going to run lights 24/7 for the first 2 weeks or until they start to hitch. I think and well hope I have the food problem fixed

Looks like they are eating, I started out with 3 and was thinking i lost one but tonight I saw all 3, The green water and the size of the tank with the light makes it hard to see them, But the first hurdle is day five, then after day five , I will start getting my BBS set up going

Well , Good news So far, I started out with 3 on day 1 and have 3 on day 7, pretty good, the same amount of work for 3 fry or 50, LOL, but even these 3 are worth it, I would be so happy to have them grow up and be in my tanks.

Day 5 is the first hurdle and I made that , Today I will start a BBS culture and introduce them to the fry, just to get them use to them, my new set up seem to be the best so far

Well today is Day 8, they made it this far, pass the day five, it always looks like they don't grow, But they are , just I check on them and look at them I can't tell, They are longer and have more control on swimming.

Tonight I will feed BBS for the first time , just to add a 2nd food source for them, See if they will eat them , I will keep feeding the rots, Now to get to 14 days,
