Who sells (breeds) SH in TC

I would like to set up a seahorse tank in the near future (after alot more research of course). Was wondering if there are any breeders in the Twin Cities area.
Thank you
Scott

try dracomarine.org or seahorsesource.com

They are bred in an aquaculture facility by seahorse specialists, never touch ocean water, and have great repuations for customer service. They even ship them to your door.

I also had my seahorses shipped to me, But I got them from ORA. I have had them for over a year now and all is well. So if You can get a LFS to order them for You as They don't sell to the public, I don't think

no, ORA is only wholesale. there are many sites where you can get horses. they ship pretty well too.

The problem with ORA is that some of there horses are bred at there facility in Florida, while others are bred in net pens in the ocean. You just don't know what your getting. Those net pen maricultured seahorses are often carrying parasites, etc, so they are ot worth the $ IMO. There breeding system was designed to supplement the Traditional Chineese Medicine Market, and not to breed pets.
