Okay, so I took all the rock and livestock out of my 24 gallon pod and it is now being used for frags. My daughter has been begging for seahorses for a while and I keep telling her no. Well her B-day is coming up and I thought of setting up the tank in her room with some sea horses. So where do I begin? How do I do my aquascaping? Will a nano chiller keep it cool enough or do I need to go with a full on chiller? I see alot of people with lots of algae in their seahorse tanks, why is that? I have kept up my waterchanges in the tank so it is over a year old, and I can pull rock out of my 90 no problem. I know they like to hitch which is why the algae is need? Thought of getting some of the hardy gargonians to put in there as well. What am I missing? Anything?

If the nano chiller can hold the temp below say 74 you should be fine.
Some people do fine at the higher temps but higher temps can also cause bacterial infections like vibrio. They need low flow areas and plenty of hitching posts. I use Tonga branch and macro algae and gorgs. In the 24 I would only put one pair. If you don't wont babies every 14 to 20 days depending on the type of seahorse I would do 2 females or 2 males.
