seahorse strange behaviour

I have two juvenile H. reidi, they arrived yesterday. After acclimation the two of them were doing great, exploring their new home and eating well. However, later on in the day I tried to give them another small feed and only one of them was eating well. Later on, the one who didn't really eat, started swimming about really weird as though he (I think he is male, although still quite young to determine true sex) couldn't keep upright and was falling to the side and then head first into the live rock?????? I don't think he is hurt, but has been hiding behind the live rock since last night. What could be the cause of this behaviour? The other smaller one is doing ok.

Please help!!!

If the seahorses were "falling" onto the rock, they are either hunting or being pushed over by flow.

If they were floating and having a hard time staying in the water column I would suspect GBD.

Hi just started a seahorses tank

They are Kuda's, They do sometimes, sway in the current and lean very low, they're looking for food on the rock, pods. well that's what i've observed. They also sometime sleep. I had one sleep through a meal and after everybody had eaten , he just came out, stretching. But sometime i do worry the way they sway and lean and seem to be near death. And since its my first seahorse tank, i do read but you can't fore see every problem. So i take it as i go.The main thing i know is temperature must be lower than normal tanks, so bacteria doen't develop on them. Keep it around 72-74 to prevent this from happening.

What kind are they , can we see a picture

Speaking of strange behaviors, mine love to go in that bubble fountain and let themselves, float to the top at top speeds, they do that often , they are playfull, one loves to scratch himself on the chrismass tree or pencil cap whatever you like to call them. he makes weird turns and srcub himself, must be itchy, don't say ich!!!!.

Lots of thing, just as a tip, when asking for help of this kind, always give your parameters, it give the helper something to work with

so whats your
amonia
phospate,
nitrate
nitrites
calcium
ph
Temperature( horses are very fragile about temperature) also give temp fluctuation, night versus day temp

How long did you have the horses
species
how long has he been like this
any other tank mates
tank size
how much do you feed and how often
what do you feed him
is he tank bread

You see before helping or being able to help , you have to help us paint a picture of the tank and what could be wrong with the fish.

Oh ya, tank spec, filtrations system, water flow, skimmer, lights and lighting periods, sump, fuge, etc.

thanks

Guppies?

As far as I know sea horses don't eat guppies.....
so that could be a lot of your problem.

can you tell me more about this please? frozen, live?
Have you actually seen the sea horse snick the "guppies"
how big are they?
where do you get them from?
