I have a new reef tank and was thinking about geting a seahores, are they hard to keep?

Yeah - i don't know the specifics but they require a pretty specialized setup. They require colder water, there harder to get and keep healthy, and are not compatible with many fish and corals in the hobby.

If you have experience in the hobby and want to keep a special tank for seahorses then it can be very rewarding - but if you are new, or want a general tank then it's not the best choice.

Like Whiskey said they need a different setup then a reg Reef,Temp is colder,not the same water flow,etc...
