Pregnancy Question

I know one of the ponies I recently got is pregnant. He is about to pop anyday and has a full belly! Poor guy can't even stay straight when he tries he tips some. I know nothing about what to expect as I have not researched or even know where to begin to start research. I do have a question though/concern... Is he expected to not be very active and stay pretty much in one place towards the end before birth? He swims around occasionally but mostly stays towards the bottom of the tank attached to the plants. He also bends himself when attached to trees facing the bottom. His friend swims around the tank and is pretty active. I was just wondering if this is part of the ending of pregnancy and what be expecting soon or should I be concerned.

Well actually he seems to get more actove towards the end of the evening. She on the other hand is active all day. It is kind of weird but that is how he does. There in our LR and I am sitting next to the tank while online. There both attached to each other by the tail now so hanging out acting fine now. Maybe he sleeps during the day and acts at night unlike her.

Your male seahorses behavior sounds somewhat normal. Keep an eyeout for bubbles under or on his skin and a shrinking tummy - those would be huge signs somethings not right.

What kind of horses are they? Then we can find out how long they are pregnant - I don't think any of them have a very long genstational period- you should have babies soon.

Do you know what you are going to do when they are born?
