Pics of my new seahorses!

Hey everyone! I rearranged my tank and put some artificial hitching posts and dropped my temp down to 74. I asked the lfs lots of questions about their seahorses and had them feed them while I was there. They seemed very healthy and ate good. They said they got them from Ocean Riders and that they are for sure captive bred. Soooo, I could not resist buying them. They seem to be doing great in my tank so far and are eating well. I wanted to show ya'll some pics!

They are aewsome.....

I tried them a few months ago and failed!!!
Not to rain on your parade but FWIW:
I really doubt they came from Ocean Rider. They have been sold out for a very long time and for some reason "quality" yellow kudas are very hard to come by. And if they where ocean rider they would have been a few hunded dollars...
Also looks like a make and female.... they can have broods up to 800 fry...
Also with the Perc in there they may not have the best chance to get food.
But they are beautiful!! Good luck

Nice Seahorses, I agree a male and female,

Don't know about them being ocean rider or not, But I also think if you have a clown it's best to remove it or them,

yes they are male and female. I know it is possible the lfs lied about being from OR but I do think they are captive bred and that is all I care about. They eat frozen very well. They are H Reidi seahorses though, not Kuda. Or at least thats what I was told.

Tanks setup looks nice. Best of luck with them and start reading now to know how to have things setup and ready for when they have babies. We were not ready for it, came home to babies all over the tank, and were not able to save any of them. After words the male got an infection and ended up dying from it.

I wish you the best and hope they have a long happy life in your tank.
