Thanks Sara, he definitely does not have any blue, but he does have some white. They change color from time to time. Sometimes they are really dark and other days they are really light. The big one turns almost completely white when the little one hitches on him. That is when I know he is really ticked off!!!

Hahaha....it is pretty cool to see them change. Next time he decides to catch a ride on the big one I'll snap a pic.
I've been over to that site...it has great info...but like you, I love this site!!!!!
P.S.- I don't think anyone thinks you are a "pest." It's great that you are doing research. I did the same when I thought about setting up my tank. In the long run...your tank will be an expression of yourself and what you love and enjoy. I don't think I have the "traditional" seahorse tank, but I love it and my horses are happy.

very nice looking ponies, I guess I need to post some more pictures. I also think it is cool how they change color. Mine to the same , my male stays black most all the time, the female change from black to white alot.

Nice Jennifer

Seahorses are cuddle monsters. One of the coolest things is to watch them do there courtship ritual every morning. Very nice indeed.
