help me ID this seahorse


I caught this little guy in Panama City Fl. I put him in my fuge and he is doing fine. He hangs onto my plants and eats pods all day long. he is about 1" tall. I am attempting to attach a picture. I havent tried to post a picture yet so we will see how this goes.

Thanks Siberman. That looks pretty close. I have him in my refugium, the water parameters ar all good but my temp stays 79-81. is this to high? I was told that this would cause problems.

You want to keep the tank 74F or below. Can you get a closer shot of the seahorses?

Get a better pic when you can.

Based on the coronet and region where it was collected I am leaning toward a zosterae. I am really horrible at ID though. It could be an erectus fry, but without a closer pic it is hard to tell.

It appears to be quite small no?
