okay,
number 3 does look like spoonge to me. just remove it as you see it. air will kill it, not much more will.
the first two shot i dont knwo what they might be. can grab one more shot of them?

i took them out but know it is growing on a rock. it grew 4ins overnight

nope.....
you will have to remove the LR and scrub it to remove the sponge. it is a very fast grower as you can now tell

it you can expose it ti air that will kill it. but you need to remove most of it by hand to make sure all of it is exposed

it can live in low light or no light exposure to air and scrubbing is about the only thing that can get rid of it. ihave the same stuff in my 70 gallon too.
