Came with some new live rock. wasn't in very good shape but seems to be improving. Should I keep it?

Also this is above it. Seems alive (Was flexible)

Welcome to TRT ! The pics look similar to something I have in my tank no one seems to know what it is but the general consensious what that it's harmless

Looks to be the same. My picture doesn't capture the way it looks to the eye. I had just put my hand in the tank to move a powerhead and my skimmer started micro bubbling everywhere. (Thus the bubbles on it) I'll let it be unless it shows any odd behavior.

The 2nd pic looks like plants sprouting...I had that once. If you have Tangs they will love it

No tangs for me. Alas, my tank is a 10 gallon nano that has only been up for a month.

That makes sense. After about a week under the PC lighting its color has darkened considerably. Thanks to all for the info and welcome.
