Unidentified sack type thingys?

Hi everybody. I am new to the forum and this is my first post so please be gentle with me. I have recently purchased a 4ft mature setup and all seems to be going swimmingly (boom boom) but I have recently noticed these two white sack like things that appear to contain what looks like eggs? The sacks are between 1 and 2cm in diameter and are nestled in amongst the live rock. I have attached a couple of pictures of them. Can you identify them please? Are they good or bad?

Thankyou for the replies everybody! I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to find an alien erupting from it any time soon!

I guess a sponge is good news then (rushes off to get fishy book and look up sponges).

I'm probably going to be annoying you lots and lots (with some very ridiculous questions probably!) as I learn and discover more about my new hobby (any comments on my sea apple post would be lovely!).

Welcome to TRT! Yup Sponges! I have tons just like them. They will help hold all of your live rock together if they are near where the rocks touch.
