Tomato Clown Fish Has White Puffy Spot On Tail

Hi, My Tomato Clown Fish has a white spot on his tail and it looks like it is starting to appear on his front left gill as well. I noticed the spot about 10 days ago on his tail and it looked like it was a scar in his fin but now it is raised off the tail and looks like a minature cotton ball. It also looks like it is also coming out of his front left gill now. He is still eating normally and is not acting strange in any way. Just the spots. If anyone has any information or advice please let me know. Here is a picture of the fish and the side that both spots are on. Tell me what you think it could be and how to go about treating it. I don't want him to die or spread it to any of my other fish !!! Thanks
