yup it is often hard to properly identify worms, becuse they are very simmalr in appernice but very diffren in style!

Yep I have them in the sand and up on the rock. One actually crawled up in a whole and sends out the tenticles to grab food then pulls it in its whole in the rock. The other is on rock that got moved from the sandbed and just stayed with the rock. Spagetti worms.

I've study the sand bed and am impressed one how many worms are actuly in their. Ive got red worms white worms yellow worms and other worms by the millions! Just like the neihors cat! LOL.
