Based on thatr image which is poor but I still can see many tenticles so more than likely that is a Spaghetti Worm

I've seen with the worms all but still the yellow one. The first pic I took in this post is a good pic, just full screen it and double click. Its a big pic. I havent seen any spegtii worms with the black dots on the tenticals yet.

It is a worm, not aiptasia nor polyps. Perfectly harmless.

I havent seen any spegtii worms with the black dots on the tenticals yet.

Some have the appearance of being jointed which at time look like black dots. Some want to say they are cirratulids, these cirrat's that mimic a
Spaghetti live only in the sediment
.

How is this ?

Looks exactly like that exept for the huge tubes on the side-bottom, and the dots are black instead of white!!

It is your worm Mike so you would know more than anybody. Maybe for some reson it crawled up onto the LR. I just thanked Paint for that wesbite yesterday but have not had time to check it. That will teach me
