Something strange on my Live Rock

I recently noticed something I have not seen or heard of before on my live rock. It seems be long and tubular and has my marine sand attached to it, but I can see two translucent arms or tenticles on it. Is this a flatworm? I tried to search for a picture to verfiy but could not find one.

can you take a picture of it?
long and tubular does not sound like a flat worm. they are several thousand types of worms, i can nto remember the name of the one that sounds like whatyou are saying but they are usally very good and are basically a filter feeder , sending out the "feelers" to grab or catch small particles and pull it in to the tube and mouth area.
