Snail ID


I have found a tiny snail (it came in with some live rock).. It is red and white banded (actually very cool looking).. Have no idea about it - Any info would be greatly appreciated...

i am thinking it is the common algae snail that most people get. i am guessing it is about 1/4"in diameter and is a flat spiral. not a pointy one.

Hey Tarmer,
I have the same type of snail in my tank. Do you know the full name of it? Has it grown in the past few weeks. My snail is still tiny as of yet. Cheers!
