Question

Setting up a QT/HT

I've decided to remove all my fish from the tank to treat ich (about 6 weeks at hyposalinity) but I'm not sure what type of setting I need because I have a diamond gobby that like to burry in sand and a blenny that have to have rock to feed.

Could you please answer these questions:
- Is 10g large enough for 1 blenny, 1 gobby and 2 clowns?
- How should I deal with the need of the blenny and goby?
- should I put sand, how much?
- LR?
- How long should I cycle the tank?

Anything else I should know?

I'd say 10 gallon should be fine, just make sure you keep up on your water changes on that tank with the clowns. The blenny and the goby will be fine they're nano fish anyways maybe feed some algae clipped to a rock or something for supplement. I wouldn't put any sand or rock in though, with treating with chemicals they're going to absorb some of that, I know live rock for sure is notorious for absorbing copper and releasing it back into the water slowly over time. Maybe just put something in there for them to hide around/under that you will leave in that tank. I used some old granite from my freshwater setups in my QT.
