red spot on tang lower lip

my naso tang has a red spot on its lower lip.... other than that is behaving normally.... any ideas???

it didnt make it thru the night it just looked like a little red, flat, pin head size red mark. i am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo discouraged! it was eating seaweed mostly.
