Question about Peppermint shrimp.

Hello,

I have an outbreak of aiptasia starting. I was thinking about getting some peppermint shrimp to help out.

My question is, will the shrimp harm anything else in my tank?
I have a number of ramdom small mushroom corals, candy coral, and pineapple coral. There are also all my hitchhikers, feather dusters, spionid worms, ect...

Will the shrimp eat any of them?

Regards,
Tar.

Once (or if) they have eaten all the aiptasia, will they be albe to survive on coral and fishfood scraps?

they will feed on detritus in tank.

best to get small specimens they may be more likely to feed on aptasia.

I have 2 pep shrimps... they ate the aiptasia in my tank for the first few days.. They caught on to the feeding schedule of the crabs and snails (cuc)..( a scallop every third day ) ... crab swarm it like flies on...&*&*... they still pick at the aiptasia tho along with the small tube worms growing
