Purple bubbles on Kenya Tree?

I just purchased a nice Kenya Tree frag and noticed several soft,
dark purple bubbles/ balloons on the base of the frag.
Any idea what they may be... Good? Bad?

I have seen it be for I have one that has the same thing for all most a year and its doing good thay come off and i just suck them out when i do WC

My monitor at work is awful, so I am having trouble seeing anything. Could they be bubbles trapped in cyanobactoeria?
