possible flatworm?

I figured I would go ahead and get the squirrel up in the thread as soon as possible. I was looking at the copepod population in my tank and I noticed a very small critter on the glass. It looks kind of like a ghost off of Pac-Man. It has a rounded nose but a roughly equal indent at the back. SO it is somewhat like an elongated U. It is like half the size of the pod... so tiny. it moves in an inching fashion and there are lots of them. So is this a planarian or flatworm or what?
