please id these creatures

please id these two pictures .... the first came in with the live rock and is about the size of a nickel the other, i think is some type of worm crown,,, there are 4 in a rock and rarely come out and when they do its just enough to see that there are 3 red and one orange.
id on both and any additional info would be great thanks!

hard to tell much from the pictures... its just hard to get pics of small items unless you're one of the photo gurus here. does it look like a tiny featherduster? that was as close as I could get from the pic.

the white stick thing is what iam thinking is the crown of a tube worm??? it sometimes comes out at night just a little way and has red fethers almost looks like the tip of a christmas tree worm

number 1 is a majano, nuke it now while you can.

number 2 is fine, just a feather duster. if you buy a wrasse it will probably eat the duster for you
