percula clown fish help!! plz


i just got 4 clowns from the LFS. 2 where in a tank together the other 2 where in other tanks. if i remeber correctly this fish is the one that was with the other. now what has happened is once i got them home and im acclimating them now to get a closer look at them the one has torn fins and i think the one with him did it but now once in the acclimation bucket all 3 wants to attack the one now and nip at its fins. can anyone tell me y plz ??? maybe fin rot ??? maybe something else ??? maybe there mating idk. but if anyone can chime in to help me out plz do.on a side note........ i plan to return too the store tommorrow if the attacks continue

they will kill the 4th, and later the 3rd may be killed.
keep 2, the biggest and the smallest, or the two that were happy in the same tank at the LFS.

ty for the help i got a 45 g and a 55 g. the 45 is my already setup soon to be reef / holding tank and 55 is final stop for pairs and such. i just got a little worried when the attacks started and he had ripped fins.
