Orange Blob

This came in a plant from floridapets with pods it was just a small little orange ball and in about a week it has grown pretty large. It is see thru and has picked up sand from the bottom and its now inside this thing. It was on the sand but has lifted up about 1/4 inch off the sand bed now. It keeps growing in one direction but has now forked off into 2 directions.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Sorry these pics are the best I could get.

Sorry I wish i could get some better pics. My cam just doesnt seem to focus well on the aquarium. I have tried forever to get pics of things in there and gave up lol.
I would really like to know what this is as it seems to be growing pretty fast.

any ideas?

I am still trying to figure out what this is. it has like 3 raised places with a whole at the top looks like mouths of some sort. It keeps forking off more like it is splitting into 2. it is still growing like crazy and is starting to climb onto the glass. I will try to get some better pics have been practicing with the digital cam, I am thinking about using my 35mm cam I know i can get good pics with it but then would have to take them to get developed and everything.
I have looked around the net and have not yet found anything like this at all. It has to be some type of animal cause it is moving and climbing onto the glass the part thats on the glass has an orange tint but looks alot more see thru than the part on the sand. Whatever it is moves very very slow like maybe an inch a week.
If anyone has a guess or anything I would appreciate any kinda help. I dont think it is anything that will hurt anything but i dont know and i dont know what it eats or if it likes light or not or anything.

Pics are much better, but still hard to tell. Could it be some kind of sponge?

I dont see any kinda polyps on it. It is still growing but doesnt seem to be growing as fast now. It moves very slowly, I am hoping it climbs up on the glass more so i can try to get some good pics of it on there.
I am really thinking it is slowly working on splitting in half and becoming 2 blobs lol
I will keep trying for some better pics. I hope someday I will figure out what it is lol.

Sponge

ScruffyRubicon you was right it is some kinda sponge. It is pretty cool it has now split into like 4 or 5 different little sponges. They are on a couple rocks. I will try to get some new pics, I got a new cam so hopefully i can get some better pics.
I also have some green ones that look the same in the tank now.
Its pretty cool the things that just pop up in the tank
