need help with hitchiker crabs!!!

hey im new to TRT but im struggling to get rid of lots of crabs from my LR ive just bought

I think i was just lucky to catch 3 of them so far but i am seriously losing faith catching the rest, need some ideas on how to tempt them out of my new rock!!! i have seperated the LR from my main tank as ive got a massive leather coral etc i dont want getting munched... its like a whole family of crabs in my rock its quite cute really, they r quite cool!

A lot of folks get a glass drinking glass, tip it up on the rock, then put some food/bait in the bottom. The best time to do this right before you go to bed when it gets really dark near the tank. The idea is that the crabs slide down to get the bait, but then can't get back up the smooth glass. It may take a few nights or longer to get them all, but it should work. Good luck!

hey thanx for that it seems to have worked and ive caught another crab, the total count now is 4 and i think one more is left but it is very small so i suppose i need to be more patient... thanks again, eri
