I think its a type of anemone as it has several rows of tentacles. Who says it has to be something common? I've had several things in my tank that noone has been able to ID. I would keep a very close eye on it

After six months in the same place they started moving today. I'm not too sure If I want them roaming around my tank stinging my corals. What do you suppose I should do? We still haven't figured out what they are.

That is the craziest thing I have ever seen

I would say get rid of them...the easiest thing to do might be to suck them out with a shop vac...

Either get rid of them completely or move them to a quarantine tank until you can figure out for sure what they are. Better to be safe than sorry.

they appear to be another type of predatory anenome. joes juice should work. Make sure they are soft and slimy all over. if they have any hard shell or anything like it they are not anenomes.

They are completely soft. No hard shell. I just hate to get rid of them if they aren't bad because they are so pretty and fun to watch.
