Is this a Bristle Worm?

Is this a bristle worm? This is a magnet for cleaning the glass and it has a velcro like texture on the inside so it scrapes the glass better and Im always finding the weirdest things inside of it. Including copepods odd crabs, and now this.

IMO it looks like a bristle worm, a very small one at that....No worries though, great part of the natural clean up crew, their numbers will dwindle on availability of food. I had a bunch a year ago, they have now ceased to exist.
