Is the crab reef safe?

I found this little guy hiding out in my brain coral. Just bought the brain coral so he's a stow away. I must have caught him before he got out and about. Does anyone know what this is and if it is reef safe? Hate to flush the lil guy. I can't post a pic but this is the same crab on this previous posting here.

I wouldn't trust it. I don't trust a lot of them that are considered reef safe.
