ID on worm-like thing

I saw this in my tank, don't know what it is. Too small to take a pic with my camera, only about a 1/2 inch at most long. I have attached a web photo of it that I googled. I was thinking that it may be some sort of spaghetti worm??? And you have any info on whether it is good-bad or just ugly let me know. I think most of them have been wiped out by my ever hungry, ever growing CBS.

Thanks for your help

They said it was a spaghetti worm... but all of the other pics of spaghetti worms that I've seen have been different. It may be a different type of spaghetti worm.

Its a Cirratulid worm, or more commonly called, a "hair" worm. Harmless scavenger of detritus/left over food. What is commonly called a "spaghetti" worm is an entirely different family of worms, the Terebellidae.
