Id Needed Spikes & Sticks


Red Spikes & Strange Sticks...asked everyone in my area but no one knows what they are...the sticks are NOT feather worms/dusters..they shoot out hair like stringy thingys..the spikes are hard not soft and have hiary silky tentacles.

No, they are usually an indication of quality live rock and good water quality with sufficient curculation to sustain filterfeeders. These will usually occupy spaces out of direct MH lighting.
