Cleaner shrimps will work on it, but can't cure ick. The blenny may be OK if he's happy, they're pretty tough. I'd get the clown and the angel in the quarantine tank and do copper treatment on the quick. Keep everybody happy and well fed and you'll beat it on the first time.
Make sure you feed the right foods and lot's of them, balanced nutrition is 95% of preventing ick IMO. I beat an ick outbreak in my main display last month, no drugs, no quarentine, just reaserch on the proper foods and feeding schedules, along with an immaculately clean tank.

Some tanks can let the immune systems of their fish fight back ich. Fish will still have ich just not visible and not apparently bothering the fish. This is basically just keeping the fish from ever being stressed. The bioload is going to be pretty high when those fish get full sized IMO. I think if you plan on keeping these three fish long term then you are going to need an ich free tank.

Did I ever tell you about the time Brasky went hunting? Well anyway, Brasky decides he's gonna hunt down all four members of the Banana Splits. He stalks and kills every one of them with a machete. They all beg for their lives, except Fleagul.

After you cure the fish in a Q/T you will just cause a reinfection if they go right back into the display. You have to keep the fish in the Q/T for a minimum of 4 weeks. This way, all of the ich that is already in the main tank can die off. For 10-15 dollars you can get a 10g tank at petco and they will do fine for a month(the 5g may be tight). Just keep a close eye on the water parameters.

If you are gonna go thru all that trouble, make sure you remove and Q/T all of the fish.

I got the 10 gal with filter and top for $35. The incadescent bulbs will be ok for just fish right. Should I quarantine all my fish including my blenny? I'm going to try hyposalinity to rid the fish of the parasite and quarantine every fish for 8 weeks I don't want any chance of this happening again. I found this good site reefkeeping.com/issues/2003-08/sp/index.php
Thanks for all the help everyone.

That is a great link. I have passed it on more than once.
Yes, you MUST remove all of the fish from the display.

Do you have any good red or brown seaweed? That may work for your blenny, not many herbivores can resist that stuff.

That's great news. I am glad I was able to help.
I agree with Neuticle, try wrapping a rock with nori.
