I would just give the fish a few days to try and get rid of the parasites by itself, assuming your self-diagnosis is accurate. I don't ever rush to QT and medicate a fish, and if it is still acting normally I really wouldnt worry too much about it right now.

What are your water parameters? Maybe if it's stressed from nitrates 15gal change on 90gal isn't much. I'd say raise the temp to 80-82 so the parasites fall off and hope for the best!
