Help ID this? Worm possibly?

So this morning I woke up to find these weird white milky things hanging on the glass...Have no idea what on earth it is, possibly a worm? I've never seen it in my tank before..Could you help ID this and tell me if I need to get rid of it asap or its something not to worry about? Thanks!!

Are you sure? Because the snail just happened to be there right when I took the picture, but wasn't there this morning, but that would be kinda cool! Thanks
