is it reef safe?

Probably not, they are usually disguised as what they are evolved to eat.

Got any zoanthids in your tank? That looks like a zoanthid pest, to be honest.

I bet the green super zoanthids are the exact color of the nudibranchs little flaps on the sides aren't they. That is a clear indication that it is eating them and you will want to get rid of it and any others you find that are like it.

and note how it's got some green in it's body, as they take on the color of the zoanthid they're eating. I'd look at isolating and treating any zoas you have, as it's credible you have some pests.

You may want to check those zoanthids at night with a flashlight to make sure you don't have anymore in there. Hopefully it was just that one and you got it out early.

They are nocturnal, so catching them in the middle of the night when it is PITCH dark would be the likely way to do so. If you notice your zoas are staying closed more and more, I suspect the population is increasing and really starting to irritate them. If you see one, odds are good that you'll see more, but good luck!
