Help! Did it kill my hermit crabs!

I have a saltwater tank with some aquatic hermit crabs and a big conch snail. My hermit crabs suddenly started dropping like flies and I couldn't figure out why. Now only my big conch is left and I was cleaning and found these guys. This is the first time I've seen them. What are they and did they kill my little crabbies? (I've been doing aquariums for years but I'm new to saltwater.)

Hey that doesnt sound good but how big is the tank? Is there other fish in it and what are the water parameters, the little guys are hardy but some swing cant drop them dead pretty fast

um... ok

well the blue rock is actually a pretty strong possibility, I didn't think of that. Which is weird for me... I'm usually really ocd about that stuff... Still though, what about the worms? Is my snail carrying their eggs and are they harmful? Also, they're in the rock, and not swimming in the water.

Take out the rock asap, u will have problems. Have u found remains or shells around the tank? Ive never seen those worms but I do believe that many of the hitch hiking worms are best left alone and are harmless, but keep searching for a positive id
