Found 3 of these hitchhikers.

Hi, I found 3 of these hitchhikers on my glass today. Does anyone know what they are?

Look like flatworms. Don't worry, they will die off in no time.

unfortunately they will. unfortunately because these are a species of flatworm that preys on the red flatworms.

these show up in the first week or two of new LR being added to a system. most of the time their prey is not around, or they eat them all and soon starve. if you can find a friend who has a flatworm problem, catch those and give it to them. that way when you need it there will be more.

Thank you Geoff. I post a thread to the local reef club to see if anyone bites on it.
