First Hitchhiker

My new(new to me) aquapod 24 has only been setup for 5 minutes and i have already found my first hitchhiker a snail yay!!!

I am pretty sure that he came with my live sand that i bought from my LFS cause he sold me ~30# of "used" live sand for a huge discount and this is where i think the snail came with cause he is covered in sand like he crawled out of it

i cant wait to see what else is gonna pop out of my rock and sand once the sand finishes settling down

could be a nassarius snail (sp?). They are sand dwelling.

yea it could be it still a little too cloudy for me to really tell what it exactly looks like

yea im pretty sure it is from the pics i just looked at of nassarius

and i found another one i turned the lights on to check how well the sand was settling and i saw another little snail cruising(slowly that is) across the sand yay
