bristle worm

I searched, but am dumb when it comes to search engines of any sort

Anywho, I saw a small pink bristle worm in the tank tonight. First time I've seen one at all(knew what it was though!). They ARE a beneficial scavenger right? I don't need to worry about it, do I?

Also, man, this is a shot in the dark, but a few times now I've seen what I would think is a worm. It's a bit larger than the line a perfectly sharp pencil would make, is white(though I think I saw one with black lines on it too) and seems to cling to the rocks. At first I thought I was seeing a little line of bubbles from something, but the "bubbles" seemed to move on their own. Plus tonight when I was looking at the rocks I saw one, so I brushed away some of the cyano to look at it and it shot back into the rock. Any ideas?
