Black spots on my Naso

I noticed this morning my Naso tang is covered in these tiny black spots, He's not scratching or acting weird other then he's not eating, no other of my fish have this,
Tank:
120gallon with 180lbs LR, 2" deep sand bed, Red sea berlin turbo skimmer
Tankmates: 2 Perc clowns, 1 Maroon clown, 3 green chromis, 1 pearl jawfish (I think haven't seen him in a while) and 1 Juv. Orange shoulder tang, A cleaner shrimp, a peppermint shrimp, a sand sifting star, a horseshoe crab, and random snails.
Water parameters:
Salinity: 1.024
Temperature: 78.7F
Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrate: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
PH: ~8.2
Phosphate: 0 ppm
Carbonate Hardness: 8dKH
Calcium: 360ppm ( Just added Liquid Calcium)
The test were done a few minutes ago and were done, on API kits.

Please help I don't want my tang to die, I will try to get a picture as soon as he comes out of his hole.

Black Ich

Black Ich disease appears as small black spots distributed over the fish's body. The spots are about half the size of a pinhead or smaller. They are primarily found on the body and are are especially easy to see on light-colored body areas or on the transparent areas of the fins. Affected fish will scratch on the bottom or other aquarium objects. Other signs of the disease include lethargy, development of a pale body color, and lack of appetite. The disease is caused by a small worm known as a tubellarian. After parasitizing a fish, the worms develop on the fish's skin and gills and acquire dark pigmentation. They are freely mobile and will tend to move over the surface of the fish. After five or six days depending on the environmental conditions, they drop to the bottom of the aquarium. There they mature, with the development of the young worms within their body. Once the development of the young is complete, the adult worms burst, releasing the free swimming young that infest new host fish. The worms can be controlled with various commercially available medications. Formalin based products or those containing organophosphate compounds such as trichlorfon appear to be the best medications. In addition to the use of medications, any excessive buildup or organic material and debris should be siphoned from the aquarium several times during treatment. Since the young worms develop on the aquarium bottom, the removal of debris will aid in controlling the disease by reducing their numbers.

Welp he is not doing good, noticed him on the sand bed a hour or so ago, I rushed and set up a make shift QT, I think I waited too long, I am soooooooo done with tangs. And I am going in the morning to set up a permanent QT. 10 gallon and use cement bricks and cook them and soak with white vinegar. I have to admit this sucks, this is the second Naso tang I have lost, I don't get it my orange shoulder tang is doing great not a spot of ich or anything and yet I can't keep a Naso.

Well I took precautionary measures for the next fish that is purchased. I set up a 20 gallon QT and I am cycling it now. What are some good ideas for a rock substitute?

Very sorry for your loss Cory. I would not add live rock to your quarantine tank as if you have to treat with meds you may just kill the bacteria in th erock as well.

You could just throw a bunch of pvc pieces in there. The bacteria will colonize anything, they arent too picky.

Well I have a major out break, so I was forced to set this tank up and put the fish in it, so I went to the LFS and picked up 10lbs of rock rubble I figured it already has bacteria on it and should be ready to go, so hopefully it will work out for me.

Outbreak of what?

Also, I have found a product called "bio spira" to be helpful when an emergency arises. Helps to establish the bio filter.
