LFS said it was good type of bristle....I think I'll toss it anyway since none of you guys have seen it before.

Yeah, it just doesn't look like any bristleworm I have ever seen. You should have asked them if they wanted to put it in one of their tanks and seen what their reaction was to that.

That is probably a type of eunicid worm, possibly a bobbit worm .
Most of the time, when they are that big, they are not good, esp. if it is a bobbit worm.
