Aiptasia maybe, and some other stuff ID please!

OK I made it to 20, got some live rock over the weekend and I found a few critters on it. I pulled about 3 crabs, and still have lurking in a hole, he's pretty small though. Got on Manta Shrimp off the rocks, and I have some other stuff on there I need help IDing. The photo has numbers on it for help. 1 is the Aipasia in question. I have seen some other post but the pics are too blury to really compare. 2 is maybe a sponge, and I have no idea what 3 is.

1. There are sevral of them on the rocks, and there is one that is about the size of a nickel. it looks more glassy though, almost clear tenticles coming off of it.

2. Was super red at first now it looks as if it's turning a white color or has snow on it.

3. looks like a little green tree, but it looks hard to the touch, it doesn't really move with the current.

Any help would be great. The LFS told me it was good rock, but I'm a newbie, so I took there word for. I just can't imagine that a place would sell rock with Aiptasia that noticeable and large. There are some pretty cool things on the rock, there are sevral muscules, and a huge shell that is embeded into one of the larger rocks.

Thanks for the help...

The shrimp is no longer with us, I was told they were bad for a reef tank. Was I told wrong?

Not bad for a reef tank, just bad for a tank in general. Haha unless you have a tank just for a mantis shrimp like mine, i love my little guy . That does look like aiptasia and some sponges. Wierd, after the 60 pounds of LR that ive bought the only bad hitchhiker ive had is a tiny mantis shrimp, no aiptasia..

That's a aiptasia! The very ugly one that really takes over the tank. To get rid of it you need to inject it with lime juice. You need a needle so you can inject the juice in its mouth and tube and he will die. Don't squeeze the juice around him it has to go in side the aiptasia.

Do I need to just stick it with the needle? I'm a military working dog handler and have a large Vet kit with all sizes, I imagine one of the larger gauge needles will work. I don't have much live rock in there now, but I have 100lbs coming on Friday. How fast will this stuff spread? Is it noticeable or does it take time to grow?

Thanks for the help!
