aiptasia in new tank that newbie setup
My first tank was setup over the weekend. Got live rock from a local hobbiest that is very alive and cured. Well got all the rock up in my 24 gallon aqua pod and out comes out what looks like a 2 inch aiptasia. The rock went from his lighted sump and into my tank. It has some sp coral and macro algae plenty of snails etc.
Now my plan was to get it up and running for a couple weeks and put in some CUC is needed then fish then inverts last. But now I am wondering if I should put a pepermint shrimp in by itself so I he eats the aiptasia instead of left over food for the other fish etc.
What to do? I am planning on trying lemon juice tonight.
To bad as it looks pretty neat. It is a dark red!!
