aiptasia help bad day

Hi all
I just got home from work and had a good look in my tank as I always do J
It was not a good day on 1 pace of live rock I can see a small aiptasia and what I think is a Majano anemone he does look well nice but I no he has got to go.
The Majano anemone is not a prob I will just pull him of the rock on Saturday when I do a water chance the problem is the aiptasia how the hell can I get it.
The tank is only just under 30 gallon so a copper band is out (but I would like 1) and peppermint shrimps have a tendency to eat small polyps (there goes my xenia lol)
And on top of all that it looks like my midnight angel has got whit spot only just got him on Saturday as well so a bad day for me .
So what is the best way to get this aiptasia don’t think Joes Juice will do it as when I get by him he just hides in the rock.

If you can get the rock out, no point in putting it in boiling water and killing the entire rock. Take a blow torch and light him up.
