Overfflow siphon boxes

The LFS recommended a CPR and I have read on various forums to get a Lifereef. Please give me your input and pros and cons.

i voted CPR just on the fact that it has that antisiphon break port on it. i think getting that air removal pump for the overflow is a good idea. this is just in practice, since i do not have one, but looks like a good idea.
