Excellent Customer Service

I have only had to deal with a few companies in my reef tanks history.... But today I encountered the best yet. Ecotech.....They were very friendly, fast, and I will have my new stuff within a few days. And they were very reasonable about me buying the pump used, even gave me a discount on shipping and a few parts. Awesome customer service! Two thumbs up. Has anyone else had any outstanding service? It would be nice to know who else to buy from in the future.

Blue zoo aquatics is an awesome website. I've purchased livestock before and they are always healthy. Good service . The only problem was shipping (fedex) my box missed the plane for overnight so they arrived 2 days late....the shrimp goby i ordered was in terrible shape due to it (died) and the company gave me a refund for the animal and shipping! Very friendly customer service. I also like drs. foster and smith (liveaquaria.com) they are always great too.
