I just bought a digital Coralife Power Center and i set the right time, day, and put the plugs in the right spot. Now heres my trouble... when i set my light cycle, there are 7 spots for 7 different cycles, I set all of them for the time i wanted the lights to come on and off and when i set the powercenter on Auto for the lights to come on and off when i want them they don't work. Help PLEASE!

let's say you want it to turn on 1pm and off on 3pm. the time is 1:30pm. then you switch it to auto. and the light doesn't turn on. is this the problem you having? if so, here is the trick, u set it to turn on @ 1:31pm, once it turns on at 1:31pm. you program it back to ON @ 1pm. that's it

I got two like that but from Ace Hardware.
I was looking into those Coralife Timers because the only downside to the type of times i have is they up a lot of room on your power strip.

I have one of them, you are right, the only problem is you cannot have two separate times for the ON/OFF position. Seem like these are better for a wavemaker.

Has anyone heard any more about the issues of them burning down peoples houses? There was a problem with that a few months ago and i'm not sure they fixed it.

I heard the same, though I have not read much more about it. I would just get a set of good digital timers.
