Circuit Breaker

Is there a way to figure out how much amperage to the circuit breaker? I really don't understand this and will probably either need a new box or upgrade to handle all the electricity running the tank....I'm not sure what to be asking here, but I know the small plugs are only 15 amps and I'm sure that wont be enough....can an electrician just run new heavy duty lines to the same box, should I get a dedicated box? What is the best way to do this and how can I get some knowledge about what I'm doing. Is or does anyone know of a simple to understand book or article where I can pick up very basic layman understanding of electricity.

You need a amp probe.it looks like a clamp and it has to clamp around the hot wire(Black) going into the circuit breaker.
